Parts Advisor's role

Note: Parts work can now also be completed directly in Workspace.

The Parts Advisor can use Technician Inspection to complete the parts availability and pricing information for an inspection.

• Finding the Inspection (Parts Advisor).
• Completing the parts request.

Note: Technician Inspection can also be launched from the service lane in Workspace or Service Dashboard. Refer to the "Service Dashboard Help Guide" for more information.
